You can simply stop the service, delete the registry keys, and delete
the JRun4 directory.

The registry keys in question are in
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services. Just look for the service
names you normally get from a CF install, including "Macromedia Jrun
Cfusion Server" and "Macromedia Jrun Admin Server". If you want, you
can also delete them from the ControlSet001 and ControlSet002 keys,
but this isn't really necessary.
