I had a number of sites that suddenly stop sending email from forms 
around 9:00am Friday morning. Looking at the databases for this site, 
over 200 emails worth of insurance purchase confirmations, class 
registrations, and other stuff.

After emailing about the problem, and calling on the phone, I finally get:

"It appears that the webserver was no longer authenticating with the 
SMTP server. It should be working now, can you please test it and let us 
know?"

But - the sites in question became unresponsive and started timing out, 
I couldn't access the databases ....

It's now 48 hours later. Multiple emails to support, and multiple phone 
calls. None of the missing emails have shown up, no explanation as to 
what's happened to them or where they might be, no update from 
HostMySite as to what's going on - and a number of clients calling me 
24/7 expecting answers.

This isn't like HostMySite. I've always have *very* quick response to 
problems, if something took awhile to figure out and fix, at least I 
received updates as to what was going on.

Maybe somebody else on the list has news I don't have....
