Are you using CF 4.5 with either SP1 or SP2? If so we have seen similar
problems that we believe is related to a memory corruption error.

Subject: CF restarting constantly - MySQL problem?
Does anybody know of problems with Cold Fusion and MySQL?
We have a CF app on an NT box, using a MySQL database on a Unix box.
CF is restarting every few minutes. The error logs are not recording it
stopping, only starting.
We heard of a MySQL driver bug which could cause that, and downloaded a
patch.
Now it restarts every 30 seconds.
Help!
