One thing to keep in mind is that if you're using a separate JRE/JDK from JRun 
make sure you install your certificates in that location as well.

1) Open your jvm.config file located under <JRun4_location>\bin.
2) Locate the java.home line.
3) If it's outside of the JRun4 directory follow the normal steps to import the 
certificate, but substitute your java.home directory for the normal JRun4\jre 
directory.
