Here's one that was supposed to be solved in earlier versions of ColdFusion. I'm using ColdFusion 8 and every time the system tries to send an email, the following error is generated:
"An exception occurred when setting up mail server parameters. This exception was caused by: coldfusion.mail.MailSpooler$SpoolLockTimeoutException: A timeout occurred while waiting for the lock on the mail spool directory.." So the question is, what is causing this lock? From what I can see, there are no permission issues with the mail directory. Anyone have a clue?
