You need to create a privacy policy.
http://www.w3.org/P3P/

In addition, you'll need to use first-party cookies only (cookies
within the domain of your actual site - you can't host content from
another domain and have that content set a cookie). Also, you can't
store "contact information" in a cookie - presumably, that means email
addresses, but I don't know for sure.
