I use http://www.red-gate.com/products/SQL_Data_Compare/ Cannot live without it. While you're at it, be sure to pick up a copy of http://www.red-gate.com/products/SQL_Compare/ or just buy http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql_bundles/SQL_Comparison_Bundle.htm which includes both.
