Yeah, assuming you have an interest in FlashBuilder. There was no way Adobe was going to please everybody (well, not without outright giving it away... which wouldn't have pleased the shareholders).
For those who are interested in FlashBuilder (and I'm one of 'em), this is a pretty smokin' deal. For those who aren't... I can definitely see their point.
