ExtJS ships w/ ColdFusion 9. If you want direct access to the source, you
can find it under the CFIDE.

Optionally, you can download it directly from Ext's website. You do not have
to pay an additional fee to ExtJS if you use the library in conjunction with
ColdFusion 9 (since the license is included).

Zero charge to upgrade to a more recent version, the ColdFusion license
isn't tied to s specific version.
