So it was a workspace created by something other than ColdFusion
Builder? That's probably why it doesn't have any of the settings. You
_might_ be able to apply the ColdFusion project nature to add those
settings in... right-click on a project in the 'bad' workspace and
select Apply CF Nature. If that does happen to work, you'd probably
need to do it for each project in that workspace.

I've generally given up on multiple workspaces and instead I using
working sets to partition projects - so I would import the existing
projects from the old workspace into your new workspace.
