Which versions of CFEclipse/eclipse did you use? At my last job (which was a few weeks ago), I was having stability issues with the latest versions of CFEclipse/Eclipse, too, and that was on Windows XP. That didn't have subclipse on it (and, to be fair, it had some different symptoms -- mainly temporary freezes and such). So, I'm wondering if there's something up with the latest CFEclipse plug-in itself.
