Make the redirect permanent (301 status code), and supply a canonical URL in
the head section of the pages (see:
http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009/02/specify-your-canonical.ht
ml).  You can also use Google webmaster tools to specifically tell them
which domain is preferred and they will combine any results they have and
link to your preferred URL.
