Hey Dan:
Rename the macromedia_drivers.jar file in WEB-INF/cfusion/lib and replace it 
with the same file from /WEB-INF/cfusion/updater_backup/lib

I don't know what the real problem is, but this'll get you back up and running. 
 I'm filing the bug now.
