This question is asked all the time, so yes it is possible. Step 1) Uninstall ColdFusion 8 Step 2) Install ColdFusion 9 Step 3) Begin writing ORM Entities.
No serioulsy this is not possible unless you look at somethin like cfgroovy, and I am not sure the support for hibernate is in the latest version or not.
