I'm looking for a basic web resource coover what would be considered best practices for building a website that will be viewed on mobile devices... a general reference guide/best practices document, that might cover (x)html, css, etc... I can't seem to find the right keywords to Google with. The last mobile xml/html spec I could find was from 2001. I knwo i could just wing it and use basic html and go from there, but I'd rather follow at least a proposed standard, if there is one.
