You really need to look at one of the commercial mass mailing services. If you try to send that many emails off your own servers, you're almost certain to get yourself blacklisted. At Macromedia, we had to have a fairly sophisticated outbound mail system because of the number of subscribers to The Edge newsletter. As I recall, we had a cluster of outbound mail servers and had to re-IP them fairly frequently to avoid black listing issues.
