I think you misunderstood...

We have a system where, among other things, users can upload files
typically though a web-based file manager, they can upload photos
through a gallery app, etc... those files are stored in a specific web
directory for that user's site.  Stored physically on our server.

We're just looking for a way to give them FTP access to those directories.

So I need an FTP server SOFTWARE that can integrate with our SQL
Server database for authentication and directory settings.
