So I got around to updating CFFM to remove the flash-based uploadify plugin and I've gone with a straight jquery file upload implementation. It only seems to do multiple file uploads in Chrome (maybe Safari too) - not in Firefox or IE, which don't seem to support the ability to select multiple files on the file input...
