Well in all honesty no certainly not for CF5, not for many years. For CF6.1 there's just a single client.
CF7 is still very common out there in the wild. I have a couple of clients with VPS's running 7 for quite large sites that they don't want to upgrade due to the unknown factors. But on a daily basis it's really just CF8 and BD7. I only have one project with a CF9 requirement...
