AbleCommerce is a nice out-of-the-box solution.  (http://www.ablecommerce.com) - It 
requires no ColdFusion knowledge to maintain.

I haven't tried this one, but it's cheaper than AbleCommerce: http://www.cartease.com/

If you want to "roll your own" you might try this tutorial:
