We are using TortoiseSVN aqnd Subversive on the client side. I like both...Tortoise can be faster than Subversive in some cases and it has a few more features you can acess via the drop down menu. I have been using the Collabnet SVN Edge and they have a new web interface to manage users and repos that makes it pretty easy.
