It was never missing from the real code. Again, I posted pseudo code in order to save everyone from having to read 100 lines of superfluous code, but to show the basic concepts of the query in question. And, again, as stated previously, the issue is caused by a bug in CF8.0.1 in relation to SELECT INTO rather than a standard VALUES insert.
