How to update a local database and cf server database simultaneously

I am wondering how I can go about being able to update my local database file and 
update the same file on the cf server host at the same time.

This way the database on my laptop version of my cf site will be updated and then the 
same information will be simultaneously be updated the same database on the cf hosting 
server 

Any suggestions would be appreciated
