My only criticism of KAVPS (and they know this) is that they don't actually make their customers and prospects aware of all the great tools they offer. When you get the VPS, you also get a browser-based DNS Manager which lets you directly access your info on their name servers, as well as a browser-based tool to backup and restore any SQL Server databases you have on their shared SQL instances.
