cf wont let you install 2 copies in standard mode, you will need to install one of them as multiserver or deploy as a WAR, but otherwise yes you can install 2 versions. Or you could just install cf 64bit in multi server server, then install a 32bit jvm, then run the 32bit cf install and deploy a war to your existing multi-server install.
