Hello, I purchased a CF MX server upgrade on ebay. The person that shipped the item put a shipping label on the outside of the CF MX box and didn't tape the box closed well enough. When the item arrived I could tell the box wasn't closed well and apparently the disc fell out of the box along the way. I have the original box, all manuals, and the original registration paperwork with serial number. I called adobe to attempt to purchase replacement media. The customer service representative said without an original po or customer number they won't be able to sell me a replacement disc. I have no idea who the original purchaser is. I'm going to call adobe back tomorrow and try again. Any tips of what I should say would be appreciated. If I can't purchase the disc from adobe is there any other place I can purchase a copy of the disc from? Thank you, Martin
