I seem to remember a function in oracle that allows you to set criteria to list elements of a query result to display first, then the rest of the result set follows whatever is listed in the order by statement. I am jsut drawing a total blank on the function name as it has been a couple of years since I have worked with Oracle. Anyone happen to know what i am referring to?
