If you are on a Mac then take a look at Direct Mail. I like it as it allows you to pull lists directly from a database and also offers tracking, mail merge and all the core features one would expect. http://ethreesoftware.com/directmail/index.php
Obviously this is a desktop app - nothing to do with CF really.
