I recently modified my Application.cfc to email all errors for debugging. While sending the error, I referenced some email settings I saved in the application scope. It was my understanding that OnApplicationStart() fired before anything else, but it looks like ColdFusion is trying to parse OnError() first. Since the application variables are set in the OnApplicationStart() function, my app errors out.
