4.0 for me too. I still prefer the hand and the lightning bolt. In fact I was just going through a box of books the other day and found my v4 manuals.
And I'm generally a fan of "if it ain't broke" but cfthread literally changed the way I use CF. It's one of the most powerful changes CF ever made IMO. Now I can't live without it.
