I have a site that runs on Win 2008, IIS 6 with CF 8. I upgraded it to CF 9. On that site there are html and cfm pages mixed together. After the upgrade, cfm pages are fine but none of the html pages get displayed; it simply said page not found. Can someone give me some pointers on how to trouble shoot IIS 6? What are the possible causes? Thanks a lot.
