As a father of two little ones I can certainly imagine a situation where one wouldn't look forward to doing a ton of off-hour unpaid work. Michael has about 300 children, and likely the thought of blowing a couple of weekends setting up new servers and moving stuff over for a discussion board that does't generate revenue just to prevent a nuisance is probably up there with root canal on the "things I'd like to do" list.
Not saying it's right, just saying that if that's the case... I'd certainly understand.
