Pretty simple. I have a Coldfusion 9 install and I want to use jQuery and this plug-in:

I have access to everything on the server (place files, modify anything in CF ADMIN, etc...); I just need to know how to install jQuery (or is it part of CF9) and install this plug-in so I can use it.
