You can also use Java to do this as well.  If you look in the archives, I
posted some code that will do this.  It's based mostly on Ben Nadel's image
manipulation tool.  If you can't find it, Iam sure I can dig up the CFC I
created.

And don't forget - cfimage has something like 9 levels of quality for
resizing. I did a blog post on this once where I wrote a quick test script
to show me the time/output from all. So when you do compare cfimage to
cfx_imagecr, keep that in mind.
