Just to clarify this a bit - the SYSTEM security context (which isn't
really an account at all) is about as high as privileges go. Code that
runs within SYSTEM is considered "trusted OS" code. However, SYSTEM
doesn't have a shell, or many of the environment variables that user
accounts generally have.
