We did a big customization for a large food vendor and it included in selling 
items in their store with points and no $$ amounts ...it took a bit of tweaking 
but wasn't overly complicated, just had to roll through the files and make sure 
everything was calculating on points.

try SiteDirector from www.quilldesign.com when I was looking for a good CF 
cart, this proved to be the best one, also the most well coded.
there are many good solutions out there that will do everything you want, but 
they are going to be PHP most likely, so depends if want something that does it 
all off the shelf or if you want to customise it.
If you are prepared to consider non CF solutions than take a look at Magento, 
this is the most powerful ecommerce solution available, but it is seriously 
complex to setup.
