Hi Rick,
You could try using anonymizer.com, which will allow you to browse
remotely. Another thought: if you have PC Anywhere, try PC
Anywhere'ing to another box (maybe your home machine?) and then
browsing from there...
Another thing you may check if it's related to DNS: tracert.com which
allows you to do DNS resolution, traceroutes & pings.. there are
other sites like this one as well.
