Thank you. I found the reason behind it, as rightly hinted by you, it was
the jRun module configuration in apache. The verbose mode was on and hence I
was getting all these!

This logfile is not generated by the JRun process, but by the JRun connector
loaded into the Apache process. Try reducing the loglevel in the Apache
connector configuration.
