All you need is the Flash 5 development environment. This allows you to
build .swf files, which get executed by the browser's Flash plugin. You can
use CF Studio, or Notepad for that matter, to write the HTML/CFM end of
things. If you're going to create graphics for use in your Flash stuff, or
in your web site in general, you might want a graphic editing tool like
Fireworks or Photoshop. Fireworks, as I recall, is focused on web graphic
formats specifically.
Ultradev is a WYSIWYG-style HTML editor which can be used to write HTML,
CFML, ASP and JSP code. You can use it with CF Studio.
