This is a ColdFusion 8 server, and not all mail is having this problem, as it appears that any email that is sent without the from or to address contains the name of the email account it is being sent from.
I am sort of think it is a relay issue, or something but can't seem to find anything that is leading me in the right direction. Google has been of no help in finding an answer either.
