Bill, It does sound very similar, but there are two things that doesn't gel with me here.
1) this would mean that no more emails can be sent from this user, but I can send another email and it will be delivered fine. 2) It also says that for this to be true, then an email will be sitting in the users mailbox stating that it was not deliverable and that it was considered Spam. This is not the case, and lastly we are talking about something that has only just happened. It appears the Google have had this in place for many years, and we have only just began to receive this problem in the last 7 days.
