kinda sounds like this file may be corrupted or you have a permission issue on that file. Can you open the file? can your browse to the file directly, which should redirect you to the cfc explorer. check the permissions on the file and compare to some other file in the folder and see if they are the same.
Last resort, can you copy said file form another server.
