I added the meta tags:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=9"/>
and it's still reporting back as IE7 in the
https://portal.vaughn.edu/test_useragent.cfm environment.
That code should have forced it to IE9 standards. What the heck!
