Thanks, Al... I did find the stray </div>, but removing that didn't fix the "focus" problem (for the lack of a better name for this issue...).
Bringing focus immediately to the MLS Number field isn't a very good solution, either, as the user might not want to even search using that field. I'll see what else I can come up with...
