+1 That is a bargain compared to Red Gate, EMS, Navicat and Toad for SQL
Server. Which are all excellent and come highly recomended (IMHO) if you are
looking for pay versions.

In the mean time, the evaluation version of SQL Server times out after 6
months. That should buy you some time to more thoughly investigate your
options.

Other alternatives on the cheap that I can think of are The EMS and Toad
Lite versions. They are scaled down versions of the pro offerings but still
are pretty capable. It depends on what your needs are.

Another option on the cheap.... Toad seems to be perpetually in Beta. Every
time I have gone to their site they have a beta offering. The beta expires
after a while so if you do not mind beta and/or reinstalling it every so
often it might do the trick. Supposedly, if you sign up for their community
they will email you when a new beta has been dropped.
