I am assuming this is something you need to have on your Web server, which I believe would rule out Adobe Acrobat Pro. ActivePDF makes some good server PDF tools that I have used in the past with great success. I would recommend that or installing OpenOffice. I personally install OpenOffice on servers without any notable reservations. PrimoPDF is another big name in this space, although I don't know much about their enterprise server products.
