Duties and Responsibilities ⢠The contractor will analyze complex business requirements and use cases. ⢠The contractor may oversee and act as team lead over a team of developers. ⢠The contractor will ensure the design meets all functional requirements in accordance with the TSLC. ⢠The contractor will provide advance coding in WebSphere JAVA providing framework and other advance coding tasks. This includes code walkthroughs, mentoring of client employees and audits of other team members.
