We have no issues with the scheduler and we had the same problem as you being iMS junkies. Set a schedule to run every minute and one second and call the same page that you were calling with your iMS scheduler and it can sort out what really needs to run. BTW, if you are using Railo it can schedule tasks in seconds not minutes.
