Unfortunately no, the index body includes only the description column. And really don't understand why it's being included twice.
What I end up doing was using manually removing the title from the context. It works, but I don't like the extra work around it and I think it should be part of the settings in CF Solr. Hopefully, the cf team reads this and have enough time to fix it in Zeus.
