I'm not the official spokesperson, but I doubt any decision has been made one way or another. We are not that organized. (Don't tell Dan or Jim I said that.) A big factor is when our wonderful host, North Carolina State University College of Textiles, can schedule the facility for our use. Another big factor is whether Adobe will continue to support ColdFusion.
